Because everyone loves chocolate, this is the perfect way to talk about history, our food, the environment and our challenges for the future.
With a cacao tasting you will get a museum tour including cacao tea, and tasting with all your senses and painting of the flavors, of three high quality bean to bar chocolate bars. At cacao tasting workshop we often hear “Wow, I never knew this was so elaborate! so many nuances behind it!“. We taste different kinds of chocolate together, compare taste profiles, and think in associations and colors. The aim is to promote “bean to bar” chocolate and cacao products that not only have a fine flavor, but also are sustainable, fair, craft, spiritual and healthy.
